Bloomington, MN – King Controls, a leading manufacturer of mobile satellite antenna systems for marine and terrestrial markets, announced today the 9815-RJ Sea-King satellite TV marine antenna. With its 14.5-inch dish diameter the Sea-King is the smallest HDTV antenna available on the market, and the only antenna in its class to provide both DIRECTV and Dish Network reception. With a Sea-King antenna installed on their vessel, boaters can view current news, weather, sports, blockbuster movies and other programming from the widest range of programs and satellites available.
Designed for convenience and exceptional performance, the 9815-RJ Sea-King allows for flexible and easy installation, configuration and operation. It is the only product available to offer satellite lock and verification that is independent of the receiver, allowing greater integration options. In addition, a digital display is provided for system set-up, satellite selection and system diagnostics. The Sea-King offers automatic satellite switching, unlimited azimuth rotation and is gyro stabilized for fast and reliable satellite tracking. DC servo motors ensure silent operation and provide unsurpassed tracking speed. The powerful antenna is sold complete with two coaxial cables to accommodate dual receiver installation.

Consuming less than 25-watts of power at peak draw, the 9815-RJ Sea-King antenna features a 14.5-inch dish diameter, 17.5-inch (high) by 16-inch (wide) dome, and weighs just 19 lbs. The antenna has an azimuth tracking rate of greater than 60-degrees per second and an elevation tracking rate of greater than 40-degrees per second. The Sea-King is compatible with basic and HDTV satellite service from DIRECTV, Dish Network and ExpressVU.
