You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any Houseboating World Services, user accounts or computer networks through hacking, password mining or any other means.

Content Removal and Termination

Houseboating World reserves the right, but not the obligation, to remove or edit any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable. The permission to access and use Houseboating World shall automatically terminate if you are in breach of any of these Terms. Houseboating World reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to Houseboating World at any time without notice.

The sites displayed on Content Pages or linked to by Houseboating World Services are developed by people over whom Houseboating World exercises no control. The links that appear within Houseboating World are input by Houseboating World users, and Houseboating World cannot and does not screen the sites before including them on Content Pages. General Terms

Severability of Terms:

If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision or portion of the Terms of Service to be unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms of Service will continue in full force and effect.

By using the Houseboating World Services, you agree to indemnify and hold Houseboating World, its successors and assigns, harmless for any violation or against any third party claim, damages or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, relating to or arising out of your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

Changes in Terms and Conditions and Houseboating World Services

We may modify or terminate our Services from time to time, for any reason, and without notice, without liability to you, any other user or any third party.
