My name is Ted Miller and we are in the process of ordering a brand new 75 ft long x 22 ft wide houseboat for delivery at Lake Powell in February 2009. We are offering 10 day trips and have 5 shares left to sell on a 13 owner boat. We have a brand new slip at Wahweap Marina. B-38, which is next to the end dock on the west side of B dock We are a group of houseboat owners who average over 15 years experience owning and operating houseboats on Lake Powell , and other lakes. One of the many advantages to joining our group is that there are no middlemen involved in the purchase, all owners will pay the same for their share and own the boat equally, I, as the manager, have spent numerous hours on research and have visited the factories in Kentucky and British Colunmbia more than once to assure that this boat will be state of the art and have the best that current technology offers. I also lived in Page for 6 years and am very familiar with Aramark, Park Service and the folks who maintain the boats on the lake. The boat will be equipped with (2) 5.7 MPI engines & Bravo 2 drives, 22.5 KW Westerbeke safe CO generator. The boat will be totally Electric, NO PROPANE, all stainless appliances, granite counters throughout, all hardtop, No Canvas, solar and inverter system with AGM batteries.
