I need a buyer for a newly designed and yet to be built coastal _style_ aluminum/fiberglass houseboat. Current conditions do not allow me to get this much further, without some help. Without getting into too much detail here, our monies are tied up in current production and inventory. I need a sale to put this prototype into production. This will be completely to your
advantage. Many extra's will be included at no cost.

Wide body aluminum hull model 14' beam 60' long plus 2 or 3' swim deck. High bow, center console, side entrance. fiberglass cabin, 3 or 4 bedrooms one king and 3 doubles, rear spiral stairs and front side stairs. Twin engines, genset, flybridge. $125,000 range If needed we could build the 12' x 50' one bedroom model 80K range, but we'd rather show and photograph the larger unit.

This first unit to be displayed at a east coast in-water boat show in April and hopefully available to show again at your benefit through the year. At this stage your input would be incorporated into the designs and to your
liking. We're not making a yacht but more of an entry level craft, yet very comfortable, yet suitable for the mild seas of rivers. harbors and ICW.

I am not looking for an investor with the company, simply an order to put into production. I believe this will be a profitable venture for us and do not want to wait another year to go into production and the builder is ready, but not without deposits and a confirmed order.
