Any one ever use or have an opinion on this stuff???

It seems it would be a god-send... Was thinking of trying it on my 40 Liberty Bell steel hull.. (The inside of the bulk heads...)

This stuff works good. ALLLL the loose rust must be removed first.

I used some stuff years ago on an old Jeep, but it wasn't a paint.  It was supposed to convert surface rust into a phosphate compound and stop the oxidation process.  I remember that it was ugly, but worked fairly well.  Matter of fact, there's probably a coupla gallons left in my shed somewhere.
