I'd like to have a really good first time experience with houseboating. Since I anticipate doing this soon (off season) I'll need to consider warmer southern temps, off season rates, and short-notice availability.
Would anyone like to recommend any weeklong "sure things?" I'd be most appreciative, and promise to be a valuable member of your board in the future!
