My dream is to buy a houseboat and retire on it, which is very soon. But I am having trouble trying to find a place in Virginia to dock it year round. My kids and grandkids are in Richmond and I want to be as close as I can to them. Does anyone know of marinas that rent to you full time that are close to Richmond?
