Welcome. There was a company named Rivercity Charters that did some houseboat rental in the Cincy area, but I cannot find any information on them. I am not aware of any other rental oufits in the Cincy area.

I would suggest you contact some of the marinas (Villa Hills Marina, California Yacht Club, Rivertowne, Watertown, Four Seasons) in the area to see if they may have anyone that may have a houseboat for your cause.
