Stalling Problem 3 Years, 2 Months ago Karma: 0
My Brother and I have judt purchased a 68 34' Nautaline, that is in need of some tlc. I have have it for 3 weeks now, and have the same problem each time we take it out. That problem being everytime we get the engine to about 2500 rpm,s and run it for more that 10 minutes it stalls and is very diffiuclt to get out of gear to restart the engine. Along with that we are finding at that speed the exhausts are under the water line. I have been doing some poking around and have no idea what kind of out drive we have and how to adjust or even if we can adjust the trim. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It does have a chrysler 318 single engine if that can help. We are planning to restore the boat and use it as a weekend getaway.

Thank you
