Reading through these posts has been very interesting. Just bought a
52', 86 Stardust. Had the hull repainted and some necessary engine work
done. We are now ready to begin work on the interior. We thought that
we could remove the old paneling, but it appears that it will only come
off if the ceiling and walls are removed. (Below windows has water
damage and must be removed) so we now have to reconsider as to whether
we should put new paneling over the old or remove the bottom half and
put up chair railing or something else. Any ideas? We would love to
hear from those of you who have been through this process.
