I just purchased a used houseboat and want to install (next spring) safety railings on the upper deck. They must be demountable so I can remove them in the fall and reinstall them in the spring so that I can legally trailer the boat to and from storage, otherwise it would be to high to legally transport. Has anyone built demountable railings on the upper deck? Any ideas would be appreciated.
