Company went out of business in the 70s. it was built in Gallatin Tenn just outside of Nashville, where the Harbormaster factory is. Clyde Head who runs Harbormaster was the head man there also. I used to go over there and watch them. Fine boat but thet destroyed all the blueprints etc of them. They were very good boats
