considering taking on a rebuild project. owner says engine compartment was submerged. I have only seen a picture (attached) but houseboat looks to be 1980 or earlier. Roughly what is the cost to R&R twin Chrysler 318's. Or, given the age, would it make more sense to put in new engines. Owner says it is a "SEAL" boat but looks kind of like a Stardust to me.

Usually you can save them if the have not had air to them. As long as underwater in freshwater. you have to piclel within 3 days after raising them. Sometimes it works.
