Hi,
We are seeking to swap our 5 Bedroom home in San Luis Obispo county for a large Houseboat, preferably on Lake Powell (other lakes in CA or NV area considered).
We are planning for summer of 2003 (early July??).

We have swapped homes before but never a Houseboat..our home is very kid friendly (complete with 2 acres to roam, swingset and toys, chickens, a goat, horses nearby, etc. etc.)
