Could someone give me a b-r-i-e-f history of Whitcraft? Are they still in business? Who bought 'em? Where were they made? etc.

Did you ever get any response re: history of Whit-Craft? We recently purchased a 1970 39 foot and have not been able to find anything except that Jim Wynne designed the particular boat we have and that it was manufactured by North American Rockwell in Winona MN. There are two other Whit-Crafts in our area, a 33 footer and another 39 footer (1969) but no one has any info or specs.
