Didn't do the Pluckebaum as it was mint. Did complete interior and exterior on 48 KingsCraft including ceiling.

Do you mind if I ask what you had invested in the interior restoration? Did you re-do galley,(cabinets, sink)and head also?
What year was the Kingscraft? I'd love to see before and after pics if you have them.

It was a 1977 48 foot single level. The construction is very similar to a Pluckebaum. The 48 single levels were deeper than the other KingsCrafts and steps were already welded in place for a cuddy. I installed a Cuddy at that time. Don't know if I have any pictures other than the boat itself, as completed. Will post if I can find it/them.

I hope you can find the pictures. Not finding much for paneling resources that offer much in wood choices. I like what Kahuna did in darker colors. Any ideas?

Any tips on painting aluminum Boats especially prep work. Will be doing evrything from top to bottom. Above waterline in pretty good shape but still want to freshen everything up while the boat is out of the water.
I'm told Interlux is good paint.
Boat is a 64 41 foot Plukebaum.
Any input is appreciated.

Mike

Same as preping a car except use Zinc Chromate primer. Are you going to spray or roll and tip?

I won't be spraying as i have no experience spraying. I know rolling but am not sure what you mean by tip and what it does. Can you explain?
Thx.
