I have a 34 foot 1980 model Kayot Explorer and the roof seems to be wood and styrofoam with a vinyl coating on both sides. I have a problem with some of the wood has rotten. This is the upper deck and used for parties and suntanning. Does anyone know the best way to fix this roof or should a whole new roof be installed on it. Right now I have about three feet on the aft end with about a foot of that overhang. Also in this area is a place just in front of the top of the ladder that needs to be replaced. Inside under this area is the shower, lavatory, closets and a hall. Thank you for any help you might be able to give me.
