I HAVE SEEN WHERE SOME FOLKS HAVE BEEN USING THE DURABAK PRODUCT... HAS ANYONE USED THE GRIZZLY GRIP? IT IS QUIET ABIT CHEAPER... DOES ANYONE KNOW ABOUT THIS PRODUCT???

I would be concerned about color fading. Grizzly Grip recommends spraying Armor All every 6 months. I wouldn't want Armor All on a walking surface.
