Hell0 - this isn't really about my boat, per se... but I have a wall mounted GE air conditioner in my main cabin. It works great except I have noticed it doesn't drip water like other air conditioners. Of course I don't have a manual for it, and I can't seem to find a model number to ask GE about. Is this normal, for wall mounted air conditioners to not drip water, or do I need to try and "make" a drip hole! Thanks!

Since no one has replied to your qestion, I will give you my opinion. First I would check to see that maybe there is a drip hole that might be clogged. If this is the case you would notice water leaking back into the wall or back into the cabin. Either of these conditions will be a problem sooner or later. If there is a removable cover on the part of the air conditioner that sticks outside I would remove it and run the AC and observe. If there is a water accumulation tray that has water in it and is not draining then there should be a drip hole. It is entirely possible that the water is evaporating before enough accumulates to overflow (such as with a refrigerator in your house).
Before removing the outside cover I would disconnect the electricals by either unplugging the unit or if hard wired, by turning off the breaker. Then after removing the cover you can turn the electricity back on and run the unit to check for condensing water.
Let us know how it turns out.

Might be a good idea to check that water is not being drained into your wall cavity.

have found that some of the newer window units have a drip tray near the fan and the fan has a small paddel that will thow water on the evaporator coil to help the unit cool better, if unit does not hace a hole in the lower bottom of the back of the cabinet it may be one of the newer units, if it has a hole use a small soft brush to check for a clog
