If you own your houseboat outright and would like to trade land I have in Southern Virginia- nice and great area= close to everything yet country- nice creek, part cleared, super. so if you're looking to get on dry land and want to trade let me know. This needs to be reasonably close to Florida where I will keep the boat. I need to have it moved or a boat able to travel well.

This quite a deal and i am looking to hopefully trade 10 acres with creek or have some nice cleared one acre lots as well.
