Where's The Transducer? 3 Months, 2 Weeks ago Karma: 0
I have just recently bought a 53 foot Drifter. It is equipped with a Ray Jefferson Depth Finder. Does anybody know where the transducer is positioned on this boat? Is it more forward or aft? The boat only drafts 30" according to its spec sheet, but some of the bends coming out of the Little Tennessee heading toward the main channel on the Tennessee Rive are narrow and leave little room for error. I'd hate to get this 20,000 pound whale stuck in the mud!

Any help would be appreciated.

Tom

Lift up the floor boards and look. Usually near the middle of the boat, but could be any where.
