i am the proud owner of a 1978 carlcraft. i need help inside and out!! i do have the owners manual, but i need help w/the
colors. what do you suggest for outside paint colors, do the
darker blues fade fast? what are good long lasting colors for
bottom jobs and the 2 stripes?

I have found that for topside paint the polyurethane paints (either 1 or 2 parts) work excellent and dark colors are not a problem with fading. Epoxy paints will fade and chalk off in no time.
