What kind of creative financing are you looking for? I have several lenders who could perhaps meet your requirements. What type houseboat are you wanting to purchase?

we have been looking for a ealy to mid 90's model aluminum hull 3 bdr (jamestowner, somerset etc.) We have a downpayment but we have bankruptcy in the past but we are financially set now but the banks don't seem to see it that way sometimes so we have resorted to buying one with owner financing or something creative.
