We bought this house boat this past summer. We did not realize how much work it really needed. The more we got into it the more we came to realize it was beyond our capabilities to actually complete. We have since found a reputable fiberglass repair shop to do the needed structural work. The work began just within the last two weeks.  At this point the boat has been seperated into two halves. It is a clam shell design so it needed to be separated to be worked on. So far the boat has been totally gutted. The old floor and stringers have been removed and rebuilt and the transom has been removed and totally rebuilt. I'd add pictures but the site will not accept any of my pics...it says the files are too large.
